    Default faulty injectors

    have a problem need help car wouldnt start got towed to garage they called and said all four injectors were gone so need replaced the car goes for a second and then stops geting quoted 750 pound to fix help

    no they didnt say just that 4 would need replacing

    you can get recon injectors of ebay for £80/90 .that price seems abit steep to me

    as ive said before on here a friend cleans and re seals injectors with a 24hour turn around -

    Alot cheaper and it will tell you if you have a issue or not

    I replaced my injectors the other day,it was still a bit lumpy on tick over when cold,so i unplugged the egr valve and have blanked it off,and it tick's a lot better now,i don't think it will ever be 100%,as i was also told it is to do with the alternator and common rail signal/power feed ?

    I would fit the modified injector wiring loom first.
    If one is getting a bad feed, then it can cause the engine not to run.
    It can back up a fuel lock in the common rail system.
