    Default Rear Ash Tray

    Found this wire behind the rear ash tray, anyone know what it's for??

    There's 2 of them - you can just see the wiring for the other one at the top of the ashtray opening in your picture. The one you can see should be stuck up inside the centre console but has obviously come loose. I think they are for the heated rear seat switches which fit either side of the rear power socket.

    Cheers yeah that would make sense, though mine doesnt have rear heated seats, are the wires fitted anyway incase you had heated seats fitted at a later date?

    yeah you can retro fit the rear heated pads
