    Default Sonus white polishing pad

I received some pads with my DA, which I was told when ordering, they were equivalent to Megs 2.0 soft foam. However, the 2 polishing pads are pretty similar to the white sonus pad, which is very course. I have looked at the sonus website and its says this pad is to be used with care, not to go over 3000 opm (roughly). I am guessing this is a cutting pad..

Should I avoid it? Would you contact the seller and see what he says?

I use them when I use one of my various grades of polish as I belive they are more of a cutting pad.

Cheers, have you used this pad? I am worried about putting it on the car as it feels so stiff and course.

No no mate, they are not sonus, they are similar to them, In fact look identical to what they look like on the net. I got 2 white ones and a black one. The black is so smooth and soft, obviously a finishing pad, but these white one's are horrid, feel like I could sand down a door with them lol. I have sent the guy an email and im waiting for his reply, But I have now ordered 2 x Megs 2.0 polishing pads (The yellow ones) anyway.

Dont forget to spray the pads first with a detailing spray , before using them .
