Just after some advise on Bio fuel.
I know some people that are filling up on 100% tested Bio fuel, Is it ok for my Signum 2.0 TDI to run on or do you advise against it?
thanks for your time.

some say that the fuel you get from a supermarket is crap and they have been making that for years, so if thats the case, il be keeping away from bio until they get it right!....... might be 100 years tho lol
be carefull with this fuel...some say good ,some say bad!
my mate put bio fuel from supermarket in his astra ,ruined pump etc ,costly repair just to save a few quid on fuel....personaly ...and this is only my opinion,i am going to keep away from the stuff, until it is proven 100%
used it in a vw sharan and wreaked it
I wouldn't use it at all. The VX owners handbook say don't use it!
they made a signum 2.0 TDI????!!!
They use methanol and caustic soda to produce bio fuel from waste oil, both of which, if not propperly washed out of the fuel will damage seal and cause pump failure. I have run mine on bio diesel over in europe and had issues with coughing and stuttering. Your pump is VERY expensive to replace, so I would not advise you to take the risk.
