just joined this morning as got a vectra c,had the problem with the electric window switches,just took them apart and cleaned the contacts,all work great now,thanks guys

I cleaned the contacts on my drivers window switch today, its now working as normal, thanks to this old thread

The switch on the passenger side that only has up and down switch (and not lock and boot open) seemed harder to get into for contact cleaning. Did the other type for a mate a few weeks ago and was a doddle, where this took a bit more determination to get into the switch casing.
