Unhappy HEY LOOK!! Plugged my car in and got these codes....(cyring) please help!

    Hi all,

I got my car on Friday and plugged it in today - Can i just say thank you Mark for offering to plug it in for free for me...my friend said their friend had a workshop and had a computer.

    PO120 - Accelerator Pedal Position
    PO220 - Accelerator Pedal Position 2
PO704 - Invalid Signal from TCM (Transmission Control Module)
PO070 - Ambient Air Temperature Sensor - wiring or sense malfunction
PO380 - Glow Device Circuit (Glow Plugs)
    PO195 - Unknown Error
PO234 - Boost Pressure Control - Negative Deviation

Can anybody help me with this at all?

    Thank you in Advance...

Po234 is your boost sensor ,probably just needs a clean , remove and spray with carburretor cleaner if still dirty just agitate with small paint brush , nothing harsher it can be easily damaged .
P00070 is worth checking out as it is linked through your thermostat to the electronic choke
P0380 as other,s have said probably just a glow plug going faulty easy enough to check and change

thanks guys...going to change the glow plugs this weekend and bleed the clutch as it feels soggy, change the fluid in the gearbox and clean the egr valve....

can anyone send me any pictures at all on how to clean the boost sensor please.

also....when you try and turn the steering wheel quickly its supposed to have power steering but it is extremely heavy and you can't turn quickly....does anyone know how to sort this at all? I thought it might have been low on power steering fluid but apparently it doesn't have one and its all electronic?!?!?

    Cheers!

James enclosed some pics for you of egr, manifold and boost sensor in this thread , just remove the 4 bolts in the top of the manifold detatch hose connection and disconect electrical connections to sensors.
Boost sensor held in by single bolt and can then be just pulled of only retained by rubber gromet just spray sensor with carb cleaner and if badly cruded up then just lightly agitate with a small paint brush
DO NOT remove the other sensor thats your tps sensor and if you misalign that its an expensive fix
