It feels more responsive and quicker through the gears, but there is a smell of soot now when i start up. Its not diesel, its defo soot.
The EGR had a bit of black on when i took it off.
I blanked off from the exhaust end, the oval blanking plate.
Anyone have any ideas?
Personally i thought it might just be the remainder of the soot in the manifold getting blown out. The blank has only been on for 3 days. The spanner light came on, and now am left with the EML light on. I can live with this if its the only problem!!
Am thinking of a remap at some point, but would someone like MAS just take off the EGR system? If so, how much?
