I'm going be getting some of these from hids-direct

Just want to make sure that if I get the H7's then they will fit the dipped beam for my 07 plate vec won't they?

You realise that they are nearly double the wattage of your current lamps don't you? The fuses will be too small and i'd also question the cable sizing for that amount of current.

I bought them,... and removed them straight away - rubbish.

Stick to a set of HIDs dude. The current will probably melt the wiring if the heat from the bulbs doesn't do damage to the inside of the headlight first. Would be worth saving for the HIDs.

Simmo i was looking at these ones this morning then read the info and found the following
"Please note: 100w bulbs are sold for 'off road' & 'Show Purposes' only"

So ordered a set of these of the bay.
