Could this be the chain, or can i have the tensioner replaced.

Need some ideas chaps, am told its an engine out job for the chain

Na mate , i heard it after i had driven 15 miles home, even the guy across the road from me , waved as i pulled up and said sounds like you have a slight tapping noise there
