I believe all the V6's have ESP as standard.
Also, if you have a FACTORY FITTED TC/ESP switch on the dash, then you have ESP not just TC.

Not all V6's have ESP (at least in Australia anyway).

Check the ABS unit under the bonnet. The units with ESP are made by TRW and should have ESP written on them somewhere.

In my Vectra 2003 models brochure, ESP was only available on the GSI ONLY and not anything else. In 3 years of owning my car it has only worked twice when i drove hard into a wet corner and the back slightly came around, then ESP kicked in (love it) thank god.

I don't know about earlier years, but ESP+ is up here standard on Opels (at least Benelux, Germany...).
On top off that, V6-engines have standard IDS+ (and that is not the same!).

I don't think the button is still available, and if he is, I think I've read somewhere that even when it's off, if the ESP thinks it is needed it turns itself on automaticly.
But, why would you want turn ESP off? (Except in winter in snow on a hill, perhaps... don't know yet)

(it is the same on a BMW with the DSC/DST-switch which works only at low speeds)
