    Angry Poorboys = Poorshow!

After spending all day yesterday cleaning the paintwork using Megs UC, Today was the turn of Poorboys black hole! Done exactly what it says on the tin and tbh ive had better results from Colour Magic!!
All its done is shown up all the stone chips and scratches cuz the stupid stuff dries white! Tried a bit of detailing spray to see if that removes the residue and it doesnt, was going to use either Megs Gold liquid wax or PB Natty's paste wax, but i dont want to seal in the residue!
Any ideas? Car looked awesome before i used the BH!

That's not really a product fault but an application fault mate. These products are designed to do a job, not fill in stone chips. I'd say your putting it on too thick mate. Try a small area again, but put it on really really thin, only let it cure until a swipe with your finger leaves a clean line through the haze and buff straight off.

I did not rate this product to high either mate, I will try it again to make sure it was not me...

maybe re go over these areas with UC again, then don't use PBBH on those areas.

I think poorboys is really good, by hand or DA

My front end is riddled with stone/grit chips and it does show them up, but go over with a wax and it blends them back away

Try a touch up pen for the deep ones

Glad I've seen this thread, I was about to get some Blackhole to try to deal with the swirls on my car...

Any recommendations for an alternative? I've not got a DA so anything will have to be applied by hand or with my cheap polisher.

Cheers Guys will try your suggestions, didnt think i was putting it on thick and only done panel @ a time. oh well try again.
Yeah Ultimate compound made hell of a difference to the swirls n scratches! Had a bad scratch on the boot panel and its virtually gone, another session with it in a few weeks i think!
