Default Arrggghh help and advice please!!!!

Hi guys and girls thought id ask the experts on here for some well needed advice.
bought a 1.9cdti 150 sri last november with 22k on the clock drove fine up to 32k then had EGR replaced under warrenty then a week later new DMF at 34k, again under warrenty just!!! i asked about a new clutch at same time to save in the long run they said no need clutch looks like new so happy days i thought, as the warrenty had ran out i bought the exteneded warrenty at £320 and 3 weeks later at 42k miles back in garage with suspected DMF again, but the garage are saying its the clutch plate but no slipping in gear and just vibration on idle at the top end of the clutch!!!!!
have a engineer looking at it on monday to see if its down to "wear and tear" if so i have to pay for it but my thought is that as its a warrenty job initially and its under a year is this covered?
thank for you advice in advance..... oh im in salisbury area if anyone nos any good dealers here thanks lee

I would check your warranty to see what it say's on their, Which extended warranty did you by? VX main dealer one? If so, it should be covered exactly the same as it was when under the free warranty.

Also if the DMF was the cause then you can get it replaced free from where ever you got it done, as that is covered by a year's warranty.

Thanks Ginge I got the main dealer Warrenty it says it covers everything even clutch so once I find out on Monday once the engineer has a look, if it comes back to cost me I will then go down the customer care route and as I got it in black and White in Warrenty pamphlet which says 5tears old and under 60k miles then it's all covered if not I'll go down the fact that's it's misrepresentational in the pamphlet which is why I bought the Warrenty anyway. What you think?
