I believe the 2.0 DTI engines are similar to the 2.2 DTI engines in that some can be remapped and some can't, depending on the ECU that is in your car.

Unfortunately for me, my 2.2 DTI is one of the unlucky ones that can't be done.. this is due to the way that the ECU works in my engine. My understanding is that the ECU is split with part being directly connected to the injectors.. this results in the inability to increase injection pressure and turbo pressure.

I was told that the only way to get extra power from my engine was to use a specialised tuning box (not sure what was different from any other tuning box).. but the company that tried getting a box for me couldn't find a lead with the correct connection to plug in to the car!

Hopefully you'll have one of the remappable ECUs.. if not, you're stuck with whatever power you've already got!

There is a couple of tunning boxes out there for these I had a tunituk box fitted to my 2.0dti with great results but the stienbauer box seems to be popular and a bit cheaper if you can find 1
they are wired in which any confident person or auto electriction can do
plus airbox mod , k&n filter and decat seem to help aswell

Not 100% but I think the steinbauer tuning box MIGHT do the job

But I think they could only be compatable with the 2.2

It is possible to tell which ECU you have by looking at it.. unfortunately I can't remember which ECU is which so I can't help you determine whether you had the remappable one or not haha!

Hopefully you'll have the "better" ECU though mate

EDS can provide a map and there are a few tuning companies that will remap for you
