It's quiet now! fixed at last!

Since getting the car I had a very small annoying "trim" type rattle I wasn't that bothered by it but it did detract from driving pleasure and ownership a tiny bit.

well today I fixed it. What was it? the small clip in the middle of the rear window plastic trim up at the ceiling and I found that it was it by the utmost in science.

Had the better half drive around while I sprawled in the boot

I can report this one tiny little clip has made me such a happy boy!

I've lost count the amount of times I have done this when looking for rattle in various cars over the years - an great feeling when you find it and cure it for sure

Lol, been there a few times over the decades. It only bugs me till I know what it is, then I'll either fix it, or turn the radio up and ignore it - but does it drive me crazy till I find it, you know it does! Glad you got yours sorted.

sit in the rear seat and look at the trim that sits next to the roof liner and is attached to the rear hatch at roof level. In the centre it attaches to the hatch itself with a plastic snap in connector. It was actually very difficult to locate it as I had every thing out the boot at one stage! I will go get you a photo once I drop the wee one off at Rainbows mate
