Default Oh No... I'm in trouble now....

Talking with one of my mates tonight who has an uprated Diesel Mondeo (Boooo) and he really likes my VXRD but said "what are you gonna do about the brakes".......

Hmmmmm, Diana is gonna kill me unless you guys can suggest something sensible to stop me buying the 888 4 Pots....

Any ideas for uprating the brakes at a reasonable cost... preferably increasing the diameter of the disks with 'red' calipers (as I like the look of them)...

Please help me before I slide into 'modification oblivion'

You could get proper VXR front brakes, 341mm discs, OK they are blue, but brand new callipers are so much easier to paint.

But based on your VXR theme, I would keep them blue. I think you can ge the callipers, discs and pads for circa £750.

I will price them up to see what I come up with.

LMF Vauxhall do an upgrade to GSI discs, pads and calipers for £314.00. For a little more you can buy the drilled discs from them as well.

Ask Caterman, he has these fitted to his CDTi 150.
