Default Do 18's or 19's look OK on an SRi without lowering it?

My SRi has the std, 17" rims on it and I would like something a bit bigger. Just dunno if I can be bothered lowering it at the moment.

Any pics or opinions as to whether OEM Vauxhall wheels in either 18" or 19" look OK on the std suspension?

I know it WILL look better lowered, just don't wanna invest in new rims to find that they then look odd.

They do look MUCH better and will fill your arches well, but I reckon you will go lower as you'll find the front end won't look even and sits a touch too high. For not much extra you can get it looking spot on, so I'd deffo get a set of -30mm eibachs too

19 certainly will make it look odd. Needs lowering a little imo

it also depends on what tyre size your runnning too very low profile tyres will make it look like a off roader

Sri's are already lowered over standard and some come with 18/19" wheels from the factory. Just look for some pictures of an xpi or xpii and decide for yourself!

The ride would be worse if unlowered. VX don't fit 18's or 19's without sports suspension for that very reason, I suspect.

Its a personal preference thing, I do think 18's can be carried off on standard SRi suspension but the 19's can benefit from a drop.
