Default How do you lower the front of the headlining?

I need to lower the very front of the headlining, but have got a bit stuck. I've taken down the sun visor but the clip they the sun visor slots into near the mirror is another matter. It's what actually holds the lining to the roof as its clipped/screwed to the crossbeam. I cant see any way to unclasp it but there must be a way, anyone?

    Cheers,

    Steve

Rushy if you look at them on the windscreen side you will see a small dent, take a very small screwdriver and put it in the dent and prise it towards the windscreen. Theres a small drift that holds it in. BTW only take these out if you really have too mate, I took one side off to do my illuminated sunvisors and mirror and it was a complete PITA to get back in.

It took me longer to put the 1 back in than it did to do the whole roof loom, the illuminated Visors, the auto dimming mirror and the Map reading lights put together.

to refit that fiddly bit, get a pair of long nose pliers and squeeze the clip out from the roof aperture, rebuild the clip assembly and simply push the entire fitting into place

HD, self over record, auto record on ignition LINKY all for £40 Although he's selling them for £90 now

Linky to Vid. The noise is from something where I first mounted it. Its got a little flip down screen as well so you can flick through the vids while still in the car.
