    Default gid speedo

does anyone know where the gid gets its speed signal from as mine reads hardly anything?

the rest of the gid trip computer stuff works fine except the mph bit.

i did have a faulty drivers side abs sensor and iv changed the hub today but the mph is still the same.

    any ideas anyone?

    regards
    al.

I think you will find the reading you are looking at is your average.

Test it by reseting it whilst at a constant speed. You should then get a true reading. Then as you start to slow down for junctions etc it will drop.

I would bet yours reads somewhere between 30-35mph as it is now?
