    Default Signed Off Work

    I have been signed of from 17th - 24th March with a phased return to work as i see fit to,

    I want to return to work tomorrow as i feel well enough, am i covered to enter my place of work, for insurance purposes will i not be covered due to being signed of by the doctor ?

    Not covered if your signed off by doc mate. The only thing you can do is go back to work for a fit for work note.

    The business states if you are signed off by the doctor then the insurance will not cover you. They class this as not fit to work and hope you feel better soon mate.
