You could have it remapped, this could also remove the EGR and DPF (if it's a hatch then I doubt it will have one, have a search around the forum there are plenty of posts that tell you how to distinguish if your car has one or not).
The air box mod is a simple one to do and can be quite productive, even with the standard air filter but it is better with a K&N. The K&N's are about £40 and the air box mod will take you about 10 - 15 minutes, again search the forums.
A remap can cost you anything from £150 through to £400-500 depending on whether you have it 'live tuned' or not, there are plenty of recommendation on here for tuners.

You will have an EGR valve, most cars do now-a-days. Most, nearly all hatchbacks didn't have a DPF fitted, except the V6 CDTI. MAS can take both of these out during the remap, even if you have a DPF it can coded out then removed, the insides bashed out or a different piece of pipe welded in.

As a hatch it won't have a DPF, a rolling road remap to about 190>200HP with or without egr is highly possible with the more important torque figure shooting up to over 300nm with ease there are lots of chart print-outs on this engine to show the options and results

    To start..

    Airbox mod
    K&N/pipecross/green cotton panel filter
    Vac hose upgrade
    Tuning box

also make sure your EGR valve and boost sensor are clean, plus running some 10K boost through engine will get some performance back.

usuall as derek has said, you will reach 190-200bhp easily with between 300-400nm of torque.

However if you want to go for more power, go for remap, de-cat, powerflow exhaust, egr removal, water methonal injection

Nutron is the best man to speak to if you want to go over 200bhp
