What's this I've found??

Gave the car a clean inside and out today and found this in the car. It was on the rear drivers side mat so I looked round that area including the seat but nothing looked to be missing.

If anyone has any ideas let me know, I've looked all over the car and can't see anywhere where it would go!

Each side is about 5 or 6" with one edge being shorter and curved

looking at the back of it now it says E028434174 and then under that it says >ABS<

There's no GM stamp tho??

It looks very like a piece of trim you remove to get to hte blower motor resistor

Sit in the passsenger seat, it's on the right hand side of your right ankle, if it's the part I 'm thinking of

also looks like the bit that clips in the the side of the centre console at the back, mine has come out a couple of times, easily clips back in

Steve has it correct!.. Its a bit of trim which attaches to the centre console/handbreak assembly... Mines snapped so on the lookout for a new one....

just been out to look at the resistor location but its definately not from there as its all sealed up with the box and a plastic panel.

I'll have a look at the handbrake location tomorrow, does it clip on the side of the handbrake?

Cheers for the suggestions all, this would have drove me round the bend! lol
