    i have this sighn on my dash is it normal or is it a fault plz guys

    Brake pad sensor if I remember rightly mate - means either your front pads are down to the metal or the sensor is ******ed. If it's the latter, and you've plenty of wear left, simply snip the wires and join them together. Saves a tenner on a new wire when you're more than capable of checking your brakes yourself...

    yea......could also be wear sensor wire broke(as was on mine) just check your pads visually

    Brake pads have worn down,there are 2 types of sensor,long and short you will have to take the wheel of to check which you have,easy enough to replace along with the pads and from memory is about £17.

    As said above. You need to change the brake pads.
    The light might go off. BUT THE BRAKE PADS WILL STILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.

    You could try it,just make sure you insulate it properly from the elements.
