Default suspect faulty injector 1.9 cdti 150

hi this is my first post but have used the site for past year for advice by searching my issues,
my vectra 1.9 cdti has started to missfire slightly and emit white smoke that smells of diesel, I suspect a faulty injector could this be the case if so how do i change the injector do i need to be able to plug in tech 2 etc? if not what else could this be? the problem improves as the car warms up

I can get them reconditioned the works and returned in 24hours if you wish.

Very good friend of mine does this as a service on various forums -

    Default injectors refurbished

hi kev very impressed with the idea of your mate cleaning etc my injectors, don't want to sound to stupid but if i mark my injector 1-10 or write the code off each injector down to which cylinder it comes from, I guess there would be no need to reprogram? also your mate would rule out any injector issue's?

id bag them up possibly and label the bags. He will test them all and then the see what the issue is IF there is one with the injectors and repair them if needed. I know the other week he did some for a golf that got a misfire and the machine replicated different throttle powers so full power, half power, light power etc and he found the fault and fixed it.

    Id email him - classicswirral@hotmail.com

say Kev sent you and he will sort it asap

Each injector has a number on it.

As long as that same injector goes back into that same position they wont need to be programmed when you re fit them.
