Default Celtic tuning - Someone use them?

Hello! Is there someone here that has a remap from Caltic Tuning. If, how is your experience?

I have just used them and i'm happy with the outcome of the remap,a lot of power for not much money too.
As for the personal level, they were always polite and helpful at all times.
I had other ideas how to get the ecu off, which didn't go down too well with them, apart from that i would use them again.

I thought the bloke (tony) was stroppy from the start,my car still did a regen last night, they lost the pins from the arch liner expanding rivets,i knew they would do by trying to get to the ecu from the arch liner, and when i asked them about the centre pin's at the time,i was told they were all put back in there, kin liar.
Thats why i got told to go sit in the waiting room,as i knew they would lose the centre pin's,thats why i suggested taking the bumper off,as it was already to come off,as i had done this so it was quicker to get access to the ecu before i drove to them,i even offered to take it off myself.
I got told,we don't do it like that, would you just like to wait in the waiting room,i thought i know why you don't want me there, because you don't have a clue how to get at it,as it took about an hour to get the ecu out from the arch liner,i say an hour,i was there for 2 hours.
Yes i'm fuming about the regen
They took the ecu off for what ?
I was told they can remap the car with the ecu on the car,but to delete the dpf and egr, they need to remove the ecu.

I phoned them up today, was told i needed to reset the adaption values, was told to take to vauxhall for tech 2 or a bosch specialist,i take it i should reset the dpf in the settings to a replacement dpf (new),so it reads 0 % saturation?
And shouldn't this have all been done with the remap ?

No when they disable the dpf on the map the saturation will be at zero and stay there you should not have to reset it as if it's still regening then the dpf software has not been removed properly

And them saying take it to Vauxhall or a Bosch specialist well that's more expense for you I think they are pulling a fast one if you have paid for the removal they should either do it properly or you should get a refund as resetting the values means that it will just keep cropping up and Reging in future

When my Map was done and dpf software removed my saturation miles and distance since last regen have both stayed on 0% now and not moved at all as the car does not even know about te dpf now

I would be on the phone to them tomorow ASAP and tell them to sort it out that's poor customer service that

I reset the the saturation to 0 today,so i'll check it tommorrow,i do think they have been a bit poor about it now,why should i have to pay vauxhall to do something that i thought i paid them for.
But it's knowledge,i don't know how the remap and deletion is meant to work,i' didn't know if what they were saying was correct or not,so i didn't have the knowledge to argue.

they were correct about having to remove the ecu to do the dpf removal, just whether it's been removed from the ecu or not

That i can't say for sure, but they did spend about an hour removing the ecu and another hour doing something to it and replacing the ecu, what they did i don't know,i'll check the dpf saturation tommorrow,to see if it's still at 0%.

on edc16 ecus the dpf can only be deleted using a bench tool. it's just whether it has been done or not
