Thats clean! what products did you use ?
You're going to laugh at me here, but I only used a damp microfibre cloth and touched up the black bits with "Back to Black"
Nice job. I did mine with soap and water and WD40 for the black bits, works very well.
Also took my airbox apart so I could clean the lid properly, plus lifted battery box cover to get to fuse cover on the right hand side, deffinately going to keep on top of my engine bay in future, may help the re-sale value aswell!
Mines well dirty now, was thinking of risking jet washingbitbwith the engine running then a quick wipe over after. Do you think this would be ok or too risky ?
I'd personally use a bit of washing up liquid with water and cloth and scrub all the bits you can get to, only takes about 10 minutes once you get ontop of it and do it regularly, be sure to do the slam panel aswell and underside of bonnet, looks awesome and when I showed my mates they said it looks like new!
rubber and vynil care products work great on the plastic and pipes ;-) or black to black / wd40
i jet wash mine prob once a month on average, the components are water proof!
