Default Catastrophic Failure ? Suggestions Please

Sheared bolt on Tensioner pulley...WTF started car up this morning and i heard a squealing noise so popped bonnet i got the wife to blip the throttle and it seemed to be coming from the alternator ...just thought it was a dry bearing on pulley, anyway left for the mother in laws a 5 miles trip,3 miles into the journey the battery fault light came on followed by the power steering failure

Upon closer inspection it seemed that the tensioner top bolt had worked loose so just a case of re tightening and refit the aux belt, but to my shock and horror it appears that the bolt has actually sheared off (see pics)how the ****** hell am i going to get out of this one i ask myself and anyone one on here come to that:

you could be suprised m8 done these at work sometimes the bolt will just unscrew out with a small blade screwdriver or pick the tensioner will look seized but its like a hydraulic piston takes loads of pressure to move it this problem used to be quite common .good luck m8

So hope your right chap,i suppose worst case scenario is engine out,i bought the tensioner of the bay (cheapo) at £35,i am beginning to regret it now or maybe it hasn't seized, only been on the car for 6 months.

Do you know a chippy/carpenter,the reason i ask is that he would probably have a makita cordless drill with a 90 degree shaft, ideal for tight spaces.
