min, middle, or max

What to you do when it comes to filling up your gear oil, do you fill it to the max or Min or do it midway between min and max,

I always go midway

Never realised there was a way of telling always thought there was a fill point which was once the gear oil reaches the filling plug.

I always fill to the max.

Always to the MAX ...... you can lose fluid over time or by damage/failure ...... gaining fluid thought is a little less likely.
