    Default lifting rear of car.

I did my rear arb bushes today after a bit of a struggle, but I want to know what the best way of putting rear of car on axle stands to work on suspension.
When I did front I put jack against one of the two parallel bars that run lengthways about a foot in, I assumed these were the chassis. I then placed axle stands beneath jacking point.
But when I tried this near the back wheels the ''chassis'' started to bend under weight of the car, so it must just be bodywork. I couldn't see anything else I trusted near back wheel (apart from jack point, but I needed that for axle stand)
I ended up putting jack under the lower arm of back wheel directly under spring. This worked well but I had to really extendthe jack because of the give in the suspension.
Is there a better way of getting the rear on axle stands to allow wheel to hang free?

Use the jacking point under the rear door, there's a little arrow on the sill

Yes I used that jacking point for the axle stand. I'm talking about if you don't want any weight on the suspension. With the axle stand where it is in picture the car looks like it is resting on the suspension?you couldn't remove spring like that for instance?

The way I did it worked fine, basically the same as pictures but with jack and axle stands swapped over. I just wondered if there was anywhere else at rear of car strong enough to stick a jack other than jacking point and wheel.
