    Default vectra ins cover

ive had a week or so looking round the various insurance brokers go compare etc ,and the cheapest ins i could find for a sri 150 was £345 i thought it was a bit steep living in the land of cabbage and turnip being 48 yr old with a clean licence so i looked at swift cover which came in at £299 150 VOLUNTRY excess protected no claims which i thought was very good ,as anyone had any dealings with swift cover? ,these ins companies only as good as the first claim

Just finished a year with them. They don't allow any type of modification. But do seem to have the lowest prices for standard cars when using the meerkats etc. I thankfully did not have to make a claim so don't know what theyre like with that, but Ive not heard a peep from them other than starting and stopping my cover. Efficient I would say.

Watch the Voluntarily Excess thing btw as there may well be a standard one too, ie standard excess £100, Voluntarily Excess £150 = an excess of £250 ive been caught out with this before, although never had to worry about making a claim. Check Tesco car insurance. Ive just turned 40, live in the middle of a council estate, protected NCB, excess of £100 and insurance cover to drive any other car too, I pay £244 fully comp, ok granted I have a 1.8 petrol.
