Just got mine through, 2 sides of A4 listing all the different Languages its available in............hold on a minute if you are living in the UK, working in the UK surely you must be able to speak enough English to fill this form out? Otherwise how are you getting on?
How much has this little gem cost us to produce it in so many languages
Did ours on line and threw the paper in the bin as instructed, proper waste of resources in this day and age.
