V6 CDTi Injectors -FIANLLY!!

Hi,

Ive had my injectors on my V6 Diesel tested after experiencing the juddering and misfiring!

Turns out that one injector is leaking off far more than the others.

Does anyone know where I can get either a recon injector or a 2nd hand one? getting my old injector reconditioned is an option - but i want to avoid the car being off the road.

I've tried the breaker searches on google and nobody has come up with anything.

I can get them reconditioned the works and returned in 24hours if you wish.

It's going to be off the road for at least 24 to 48 hours
The last time I replaced injectors (not on my current car) it was four days, to have the originals refurbished (although I was offered swaps)
Once the garage had removed them, they were collected by Lucas and they returned them back to the garage
I then went to Lucas and paid their bill
I also paid the garage to fit a new fuel rail, rather than refit the original one

However, on their advice I had all the injectors removed, rather than just the faulty one
Sadly, this agent has since closed

The cleaning service seems an attractive prospect too!

Are these injectors a pig to get out? has anyone had any experience of doing them?

Celes may have one or two lying around.

18 of them in fact. 6 bad, 6 not tested, 6 good But these are only for the Y30DT engine.
