    Default Hump Back Bridges....

You're approaching a hump back bridge, it can take two way traffic so nothing on your side of the road.

Generally speaking for fun do you speed up a little getting ready for the 'air time' o....

    Or not....

I could never forgive myself if i knowingly did something which could damage my car. It cost enough in the first place, and now with a few mods, it would make me cry if it got damaged.

I drive mine quite sedately these days, but will gun it on a long straight if i know its safe..

A bit of a boring answer from me i'm afraid!

When i was a kid i used to travel back and forth between home and school .
in between was a humped back bridge which used to cross the canal either side of this bridge was a dead straight road on the west side for 1/2 a mile and on the east for 1/4 of a mile , now to look at this bridge from a distance you would think it was straight but in truth it had a 30 deg bend in it ,
I can recall many a time cycling to or from school to find the road closed off while a recovery wagon pulled a car out of the bushes or adjoining field becuse they miss judged it

I used to especially if the kids were in the car, but I did it once in this car and didn't like it at all, it sounded awful when the front wheels landed. I thought my engine had fell out.

Always used to go for the take-off myself whenever going over a hump-back bridge, but way too scared of Fragile VX springs breaking

Thankfully Ive grown out of the "oh ya ******* we got it airbourne" stage. Although I did spend many a night in my teenage years going back and forth on one particular section of back road getting the car off the ground and laughing like a schoolgirl.
