Threw my old stereo out when I fitted the Sony BT HU. Been looking for one for ages but most were without security code etc etc.

Hope this works OK, will be good to see if I have the hidden menu and be nice to have my clock working again!!

Always good putting a cheeky bid on something. Was offered a stereo and display this week for £80 posted.

seen tha on ebay myself when having a nosey, there was a CID on ebay too went for £80

Well, if this one works OK, I'll have a spare display knocking about. (The one from a full canbus)

I get very confused about the display letters.

Well its mostly about the lettering, and how it looks, and what its abel to do..

if you ask me a CID the best (CID -> Color Information Display), but that wont work properly with a CD30

Well, arrived bubble wrapped to the hilt, installed it earlier and guess what??!!

Works fine, as does the secret menu, not that I know what most of it means!

Delighted, was a complete bargain considering the display alone usually sells for about the £40 mark! Time to get my old screen on ebay me thinks!
