The Wee Man Xbox 360 Has Just About Given Up..

Playing Only 2/3 Games,No Red-Rings Or Nothing..

Takes Ages To Loads Games...Sometimes Just Let It Be And Game Will Load..

Other Times It Says Reading/Open Tray/Reading/Open Tray lol

Any Ideas Peeps ?

Yep Graham Disc Are New..Theres Loads Of Games There..But As I Said..It`s Taking A Fit To When It Wants To Work lol

Is There A Certain Dvd Drive I Need..Or Just Hit Fleabay And Pick 1 For Xbox 360 ?

try a dvd disc cleaner first ..might save you having to strip and repair and more uneccesarry costs as well

there are 4 different dvd drives in the 360 (benq,samsung,liteon,hatchi)you would need to open your 360 to find out but you cant just take it out and put another one in as each 360 has a mainboard and dvd drive paired together so if you put another one in without pairing them together it will only read cds or dvd movies but not games and if you dont know what your doing you could damege the drive.

I know of people who have cleared a fault like this by clearing the cache, goto My Xbox>Memory> HDD> and hit Y (I think) and select clear system cache. It may help out..

you need to use a pc to hook up the dvd drive to read it and extract the pairing key then flash the new dvd drive with the pairing key done a few myself not easy if you dont know what your doing .
