Not sure but someone on here will. Make sure you get the GID screen from the 59 plate with the CDC 40 opera. You might need to do a bit of wiring as the plug on the back of your screen will be different from the 59 plate. Do a search on TID to GID as a few pleople on here have done it. I've the CDC 40 opera as it came standard with mine, I love the DAB as I get Radio 5 crystal clear for the football. On that you'll also need the DAB box and the roof areial from the 59 plate if you want the DAB radio to work.

On the 09 plate the CDC40 should play MP3s, I did the same upgrade a few months ago, I didn't add the DAB stuff as it wasn't available but am doing that now.
Make sure you get the DAB arial/wiring also.
If you can remove the CD30 and have a look at the connector and the top of the head unit, see if the wiring is there for the DAB unit, you will need to twist the connector to get the pin outs to correspond to the diagram.
If the wiring is there then the only things you will need to add is the wiring for the arial/s, to do this you will need to drop the head lining down the drivers side of the car and accross the back to get to the bolt holding the arial to the roof. Providing you have a hatch make sure the arial has the hole in it for the rear washer.
If the wiring isn't there you will need to add the wires in, if youre not very good with things like that leave it to some-one else, Andy.I is good at creating wiring looms etc.
You can use the CDC40 without the DAB box, it would just show an error if you tried to use the DAB.
    Hope this helps.
