front crash sensor

hi, in the midle of triyng to turn my airbag light out,but it says no coms with left hand side front sensor, does any one know the location of this or even better a picture of location

normally in chassis leg at the front just behind bumper

I thought they were on the front by the side of the headlight(where the grill would be with the bonnet shut).

Small black sensor units on the front of the chassis legs - just to the insides of the headlights - with wiring multiplug connected to the bottom. Visible on most petrol models with bonnet open due to lack of intercooler, but obscured by the intercooler on diesels.

thanks mine doesnt seem to have one either side, but it only comes up as no coms with left hand side, car is a 07 sri

Mine has them on both sides. I would have thought they would need one either side for both front (driver and passenger) airbags.?.

mike has yours had a ding they might have left it of when refitting is air bag light on due to them going off at some stage?

i know a car that has none of these sensors no one can find them but aa say they work

got told this so maybe the same hidden nicely maybe??
