Help !! Juddering when accelerating

As above, help. When I put my foot down in 3rd, 4th, 5th gear I am getting a juddering when hitting about 2,500 revs. It seems to be when the engine is laboring going up a hill. It doesn't do it when pulling away at junctions, it only seems to be those gears.

My car is a 1.9cdti vectra

Only thing I can think of (with those symptoms) is dmf on the way out...

hopefully not, it was just changed along with the clutch less than a year ago

what is the approximate clutch life on the vectra c/signum???? as im putting mine in soon for a few months, might get that done at the same time while i got the cash
