    a poorly designed escalator and a stupid child. could have badly injured an elderly person below if he fell on them.

    Lucky ??? Aren't the people who've never fallen of an escalator luckier? Think about it....if someone says to you "I'm SOOOO lucky, I keep having narrow misses with potentially fatal accidents", what would be your opinion of their "luck"?

    Yea would have been better for him to have been unlucky and to have broken his neck instead, then he would have been "lucky" to still be alive.
