    Default Boot spoiler

    Anyone got any tips on fitting one after drilling holes will a lick of a touchup do around the holes or should i treat it first with some primer or rust eater

    A bit of masking tape b4 u drill the holes should stop any extra paint from chipping

    I would put primer then paint, then as you fit it use a spot of silicone round where the bolt meets the paint work on the outside and where the nut secures it in the inside.

    Needs to be acid etch primer if it's going on bare metal. The standard primer won't offer enough anti-rust protection.

    as above really Don, a little silicon on both sides will be a massive protector.
