Is it possible to change the trim bar on the rear door cards? I.e. my rear door cards have the silver trim, I am looking for some without winder holes but most have the wood look trim.

Your other option is to buy two of the blanking covers that normally cover the screws in the centre console, they fit the winder holes perfectly. In fact I just nicked two off the back end of the centre console on mine that you cant normally see
