    Hi chris
If its a clay bar kit that you want then i would go for the mequiars kit as a starter that will give you the clay ,the detailer spray/clay lube and also the cleaner polish for afterwards they retail for around £25 in halfords you can probably get them cheaper at some of the online detailing shops
Well as to polish its a case of what do want to do with the paint and how deep are your pockets If you want a polish that will lift the paint work then i would use Auto glym,s srp
as a cheap starter polish if you want to go for glaze polish then poorboys white diamond is very good on light coloured cars the list is really endless
And as for a wax a very good long lasting wax i would use collinite 915
if you want a wax which will again enhance the paint then i would use one of the butter wet wax,s they do not last as long as the collinite but for up to 2 months they will give the car a deep wet look finish
Chris this is just a breif outline of what is available , it really just depends on what you want to do wiith the paint on your car and how deep are your pockets
the 4 items i have show cased would total upto around £65-70
    Driving vauxhall,s for 30 + years
    and still loving it

I have not used this but everyone is raging about it.

No need for the detailing spray, works with warm water and costs less than half the prices as megs clay.

I cant see past Bilt Hamber clay, no chance of running out of quick detailer with it and cheap as chips. Personally I cant see past Auto Glym products and would recommend Super Resin Polish and HD Wax. Happypostie has the same coloured car as you, Misty Sea Grey I think is the colour, so check out his posts and what he uses as his is always sparkling.
