Ipod connectivity on CD30?

I have been thinking over the last few days that i really miss the Ipod in the car, i used to have a single din unit many moons ago but don't really fancy this again. Now i know we currently cannot get an aux-in for the CD30, so in reality my only options are some sort of streaming unit.

I have done a search on the site and found 2 of interest, the iO play and the Parrot MKi9200. I currently have a parrot 3200 installed for handfree calling, so i'm leaning towards the Parrot, as i assume my existing lead will work for the new Parrot?

What is the sound quality like on both of these systems - is one better than the other or are they very similar?

ive got the parrot 9200 in my car Steven and totally love it has ipod connection usb and you can even use a sd card full of music in the display and yes your wiring will be the same

can you definiely not get a aux in on the CD30,

We have the cd30 on our corsa, and that has an aux in socket as standard on the centre console,
surely as its the same headunit it must be possible?

CD70 so no relation. No-one has managed to crack the CD30 aux input yet which is a pity as i would prefer the OEM look

i treid in my corsa and failed, it wasn't possible. That said the new updated cd30 has aux!?

i'll try get a pic of the corsa set up, its a 57 reg, aux socket is just forward of the handbrake.
oh its a cd30mp3 not a cd30, so theres why its different

Hes right ive just been on Vauxhall website onto Corsa owners manual
shows aux input and what looks like cd30mp3
