    Default FAO all DTUK Eco 3 users

    Just got myself a box and I am impressed! Well worth the money and I could tell the quality before I even plugged it in

    But a question or 2 (as I didn't get box or instructions)

    1.) what the hell are the letters for on the adjustable dial?

    2.) what setting is yours on?

    3.) is 1 for max economy and 8 for max power?

    Any info would be great

    Pm me your Email addy and I'll try to scan my instructions over the weekend.

    Only plug in/out or make adjustments with ignition off - once set turn ign to no.2 and check light comes on box.
    Start on 7 - check for smoke, if it runs ok turn off engine and select 8 and recheck.

    The letters are the levels you'd be going to once you've been through the numbers.

    Got mine set to 8 (will go higher) as that's good enough for me - more than enough power and no smoke.

    Funny enough,i got one today and had same questions, plus one other....should I be feeling a big difference low down,ie 1st gear up to 2000 rpm,cos im not!
    The main diff I am feeling is after 2000 rpm in 3rd/4th gear.

    Is this right or is my ebay bargain knackered?

    Mine is on 8 and happy with the performance increase and economy boost too

    mine feels completely different to my other box that I had, power delivery is smooth and feeds in rather than in a big lump

    I can notice the different throughout the rev range, and is helping pick up from 1200 or less, but that might be Down to my vac hose upgrade and 2nd airbox mod helping things along with the extra fuel pumped in by the box
