    Default BT vision

    Hi all.
Considering moving from virgin onto BT vision. mainly to save a few pounds each month and pound for pound BT offer the best deal for what we need!(i only watch espn but sky and virgin charge for it)
so my question is does anyone have it or have anything to say about it? good or bad.
    cheers.

Have you tried phoning virgin and telling them why you want to leave? I bet they would give you ESPN.

I know it wont help but I have been on Virgins 3 for £30 deal for 3 years, which includes XL TV which has ESPN for free. Every renewal period I boot off and quote all other deals from BT/Sky etc and they always renew my current deal !

P.s. Always phone on Mon-Fri 8-5 and you will get UK call centre !

My mate has internet, tv & phone with Virgin. When ever anything goes wrong he rings up straight away and won't speak to anyone apart from the disconnections department as they are the only people who seem to be able to get anything done.

He now calls them the 'free money department' as they keep giving him free months as compensation for the 'inconvenience'.

Worth a go if you can be bothered ringing up and writing letters all the time?

If you want BT Vision you will need a decent broadband connection speed or they won't even consider you.
