Default Front Indicator won't work (Vectra C)

Hi all, I have a problem with my front drivers indicator which will not work even though I have changed the Bulb. The side and rear work fine, just flash like mad, I have checked all the contacts and they are fine. There is no positive supply going to the front multi plug that fits into the light unit, I am desperate now as the MOT is up today and this is the only fault they have found.
Its a 52 plate vectra, the annoying thing is its only done 40,000 miles.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
    Thanks Shaun

Hiya, yes tried everything and the garage that did the MOT took everything out, been in there for two days...thank god they didn't charge me as they couldn't fix it. I don't know what to do as there is no positive supply to the bulb but the other ones work fine.

Default Vectra front indicator not working ( update)

Took my car (52 plate vectra 2.2) to an auto electrician this morning and they did the basic shecks first and found power was going to the front drivers indicator unit. ( tester was flashing in time with the side indicators, the front indicator hasn't worked for a week now and just failed the MOT for it). They presumed the light unit was at fault so they drilled the holder and soldered two wires to the lamp holder and connected direct to the wires going into the back of the multi plug. : ( nothing happened, they came to the conclusion that there was a power drop, 6 or 7 volts going to the holder rather than the 12volts and it was dropping out. They looked through the wiring diagrams ad are going to check the module out on Tuesday.
    1) Does anyone know where the indicator module is?
    2) Anyone have any ideas?
Any help would be greatfull as I am now out of MOT and my tax runs out on Monday.
    Thanks Shaun.

Silly question I know but have you tried another bulb?

    Does the side indicator work?

There is only one earth on standard headlights, has that been checked where it goes to the body?

Only ideas as I have not seen this issue before

Hi, yes i've tried other bulbs and they are just the same. The side and rear indicator work just flash like mad. The rest of the lights in the unit work ok (side light/main beam), it is really driving me mad.
