    Default need a remap recommendation

as above, i live in sheffield so as close as poss would be nice, but i understand having it mapped on the rolling road is best so i'll go for r/r option
any ideas on £££ and time taken and most importantly bhp after (its a cdti 150) would a service first be a good idea. the car is standard at the minute-exhaust etc.
    thanks in advance

a service would be ok but the ££££ for the timing belt change would use all my remap money up

i looked ar rs tuning site and they rekon 180bhp, is this the most i could get with a "normal" remap as i thought 190 or more was achievable.

some tuners are conservative with their figures, some inflate them to sound good
