    Default Would you vote for DST?

    Just wondering the public's view on this, even if it is a small number we have here.
    For those that don't know this would bring us in line with Central European Time in the summer (BST+1), and the clocks would be an hour later in the winter.

    Stuff that, DST would mean it wouldn't be light in the mornings till well after 9am, its hard enough getting up in the morning without it still being dark at 9.30 in the morning.

    would be great longer nights in the summer (more daylight I know its not longer hours)
    thought they were going to give you over the border cousins your own time zone

    It was tried back in the sixties for one year. It was a nightmare. On dull mornings, specially in Scotland, it was dark till nearly ten. I was an outside worker at the time so I remember it well. (it's an age thing)

    No leave it as it is! Remember the EU is responsible for the DPF (required due in order to reduce emissions)!!!! EU = MUPPETS.

    if anything they should be brought in line with us - we practically invented time with gmt etc
