    Default Rattle on start up

Hi I've got a vectra cdti 150. There seems to be a bad rattling noise when I start my car up, never happens any other time, plus it only happens when the car is warm, dosnt do it when cold.
I was told it could the dmf but I'm not sure. I was told to dip the clutch and slowly release it to see if it makes the noise but it dosnt.
Any one got any ideas what it could be before I have to take it to Vauxhall, trying to avoid it due to warranty running out
    Thanx
