Just wish I had taken my tripod to get a clearer picture

    Cheers Steve.

Taken me forever to decide on my next camera and even then almost ***** it up at the last minute.

I'd like to not **** around when it comes to the wide angle lens that it will need to take full advantage of the upgrade.

77mm filter is a bit of a blow. Everything I have is 58mm. Great.

I think the lens is more important than the camera sometimes.

Good camera + poor lens = crap photos

Yep but my SLR is getting long in the tooth now and the features I use on it are buried in sub menus. It's become a pain to use.

I bought the Canon 55-250 IS telephoto before christmas in preparation for the new camera and was always going to get the camera and wide angle lens at the same time.

I just took too long deciding on the camera so I don't want to delay things further with the lens that goes with it. I'm goona need a minimum of five filters too plus an adapter for the square graduated ones. I've already got Lightroom 3 (and had to upgrade the RAM in the PC to get that to work) so the camera is going to end up being the cheapest part of this fiasco.
