    Default So, NetworkQ..

    Alright Guys,

    Due to a failure of my wipers this morning, I started to call about to get this rectified as soon as possible!

    I bought my car in Nov '10 and was told that I would receive my Network Q paperwork within a few weeks.

    Nothing came, but I never thought to give them a call. This morning after my failed wipers, I have called about the garages, and in turn, enquired into the status of my NetworkQ, so I could possibly get the paperwork re-sent.

    Turns out that my motor was never registered!

    Anyone else had this issue?

    Currently waiting for a call back from the manager of the dealer I bought the car from.. What a PITA!

    To make things better, I can't even speak to someone on the phone!

    I'm assuming this is the linkage dropping to pieces?... Lord knows why VX haven't issued a recall for this.... disgusting

    Contact Vauxhall themselves and inform them as to the difficulty that you are having getting the Network Q paperwork and warranty that you were assured you would get. Kick up a fuss! I am fairly sure that someone at Vauxhall must deal with Network Q matters. At the very least, get the dealer that you purchased the vehicle from in deep trouble.

    You should have got the Network Q registration paperwork within a week of getting your car.

    What a PITA..

    I just had to drive from Cambridge to Bedford with no wipers.

    Also, turns out that I never had a Network Q warranty, despite being assured that the car would come with a year's warranty upon purchase (the only reason that I went to the stealers in the first place)!

    Not sure how to play this now, as nowhere in my invoice does it explicitly say that I have the warranty, all I have to go on is the word of mouth conversation that was held between myself and the salesperson (read:******).

    Lesson learned I guess.. Will keep you all updated.

    How long have you had the car? You do have statutory rights. You may have the right to return it and get a full or partial refund. I am not sure what other options you may have. I am no expert on these things but you should investigate.

    I only had an e-mail from NQ confirming my membership number, no paper work as such.
